Anichess
As the Creative Director of Anichess, I guided this innovative project from conceptualization to release, managing multiple teams across various companies. Collaborating closely with the VP of Production, I oversaw the creation of the original IP story, the development of unique game design elements, and the production of comprehensive visual and game design documents (GDD). Additionally, I provided guidance for marketing strategies and materials. This ambitious project was brought to life by a talented team of over 50 people.
